今天是Good Friday
中文译名是什么？
不。别被我的标题给误导。
不是“好星期五”，而是“耶稣受难日”！
（一定有很多人只认识“Good Friday"，而不认识“耶稣受难日”。）
奇怪，耶稣在２０００年前“受难“，被钉在十字架上，而我们却将这一天称做“Good"。
还庆祝什么？高兴什么？
真的是将自己的快乐建筑在别人的痛苦上。（虽然耶稣不是人，是神。）
洋人们真是sadistic，将一个人的痛苦称做“Good"。还是华人最有同情心，将这天叫做”耶稣受难日”。
记清楚了没？是“耶稣受难日”。别继续sadistic了！

i highly doubt that people called it 'good' friday because they were sadistic -- for believers the crucifixion was so much more than just the suffering of a man -- to them, it meant that the way to heaven was open again because Jesus had paid for mankind's sins. there's probably a better (and fuller) answer than this one, but i think it's quite safe to say that good friday is not 'good' in the conventional way that we think of the word being used.
