Follow Your Teacher's Footsteps

My former Chemistry teacher, Miss Mok Lai Koin, once said that a student will be good at certain topics in Chemistry when the teacher himself/herself is also good at these topics.

Miss Mok admitted that her forte is Organic Chemistry. I know that my strength lies in Organic Chemistry. Now, as I am marking my student's answer scripts, I discovered that his conceptual knowledge for Organic Chemistry is far better than that for Physical Chemistry. He's scoring 16 - 17 out of 20 for Paper 3 questions that focussed on Orgaic Chemistry, while obtaining 7 - 8 out of 20 for questions on Physical Chemistry.
